The Reality

Let's be
honest
for a second.

The reality undergraduates are facing today is provocative, uncomfortable, and deeply unfair. The worst part is that most people in positions of power would rather you stay polite about it.

We will not. Because the most powerful thing we can do for a young undergraduate is hand them the truth and then hand them the tools to act on it. Not a certificate. Not a motivational quote. A plan. A skill. A tribe.

You graduated from a university that may have been on strike for a quarter of your academic life. And nobody apologised for that.

You collected a certificate that the job market increasingly does not care about. And yet the advice is still: keep applying.

You entered an economy with over 40% youth unemployment. You watched your currency lose value while the cost of everything doubled.

You sent out applications for months without a single response. And the silence taught you something the schools never did.

Somewhere in all of that, a decision is being made for you whether you realise it or not: you will either create value and sell it, or spend your life depending on systems that were never designed with you in mind.
